ROASTED PLUM VINEGAR CASHEWS
Coming at you with another recipe that was shared with me by Rachel Devries. She actually got this from one of her friends. who went to vegetarian culinary school, might I add. That aside, I’m paying the Roasted Plum Vinegar Cashews forward because I just know you’re going to love them. How could something with only TWO ingredients taste so good?!
They are great to have when you are craving something salty. You can make them to store in an air tight container, so you are prepared when guests unexpectedly drop in. Pair them with wine or include on a cheese board + BAM you have the FANCIEST snack ever!
