JALAPENO + LIME COLESLAW
WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 head green cabbage
I medium radicchio
1 cup shredded carrots
4 green onions, sliced
1 jalapeno, sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
DRESSING
5 limes, juiced
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbs agave nectar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
WHAT TO DO
Slice cabbage + radicchio thinly, using a mandolin and it will give you about 2 cups each.
Add jalapeño, carrots and green onion.
In a medium bowl, mix ingredients for dressing.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well. Serve.
